1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Liwolf LLC's website, products, or services (the "Services"), including our SMS/text messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Service

Liwolf LLC provides general consulting on business process automation. Features, availability, and functionality may change at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

If you opt in to receive text messages from Liwolf LLC:

• Consent: By providing your mobile number and opting in (e.g., via web form, keyword text, or checkbox), you consent to receive SMS messages from Liwolf, including transactional messages, customer service replies, appointment reminders, marketing messages.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.

• Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your wireless carrier.

• Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Liwolf LLC is not responsible for delays in message delivery caused by your carrier.

• Supported Carriers: Participating carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers; coverage may vary.

• No Data Sharing for Third-Party Marketing: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy below for full detail.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law;

• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the security of, or disrupt the Services;

• Use the Services to transmit spam, malware, or harassing, abusive, or deceptive content;

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. User Content

If you submit content to us (e.g., messages, feedback, forms), you grant Liwolf LLC, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Services, other than user-submitted content, are owned by or licensed to Liwolf LLC and may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIWOLF LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liwolf LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or Liwolf LLC.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
